Our meat is never frozen and prepared fresh so every flavor can be enjoyed the way it was meant to.
We age our Brisket for up to 3 weeks to unlock the TRUE texture and flavor of the meat.
All of our meats are carefully positioned on 3 rotating racks inside our signature "Bomb" Smoker.
